Reportloop

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reportloop ("Service," "we," "us," "our"), operated by ReportLoop, a business registered in Indonesia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Reportloop Does

Reportloop lets marketing agencies ("you," "Agency") upload marketing analytics exports (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads) and generates client-facing reports, including AI-generated charts and summaries, which you may brand, export, and share with your own clients.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

  • New accounts receive a free trial period as stated at signup.
  • After the trial ends, continued access to report generation requires an active paid subscription.
  • Reportloop is currently in early access and does not yet charge for subscriptions. We'll provide advance notice before billing begins.
  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. Your Data and Content

  • Your data stays yours. Any files you upload, and any reports generated from them, belong to you and your clients. We do not claim ownership over your uploaded data or generated reports.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the data you provide (e.g. that you're authorized by your client to process their marketing data through Reportloop).
  • Uploaded data is processed to generate reports, which may include sending a summary of your data to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) for analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of client names, branding assets (logos, colors), and any content you add or edit within a report before sharing it externally.

5. Public Share Links

Reportloop lets you generate a public, unauthenticated link for any report so it can be viewed by your clients without requiring them to log in. Anyone with a share link can view that report. Treat share links as you would any sensitive document link — only send them to intended recipients. We are not responsible for reports viewed by unintended recipients as a result of a share link being forwarded or leaked outside your control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to upload data you don't have the right to process;
  • Attempt to access another agency's data, accounts, or clients;
  • Use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Reportloop relies on third-party providers to operate, including but not limited to:

  • Supabase (database, authentication, file storage)
  • OpenAI (AI-generated report content)
  • Xendit/Stripe/dll (payment processing, once enabled)

Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers, though we'll make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running smoothly.

8. Disclaimers

The Service, including AI-generated content, is provided "as is." AI-generated summaries and insights are automated and may occasionally be inaccurate or need review before sharing with clients — you are responsible for reviewing report content before sending it externally. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reportloop and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g. via email or an in-app notice) before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
